Conditions

• Fines imposed, tolls and additional costs are the responsibility of the renter. It is the lessee's responsibility to pay tolls in a timely manner.
• We charge a €29 administrative fee for late payment.
• Are you going to Norway or Sweden? Then you can easily pay your toll at www.epass24.com.
• All our motorhomes come with an environmental sticker for in Germany.
• All our motorhomes come with a complete inventory.
• Roadside assistance is included and throughout Europe.
• Bringing pets is allowed, you must return the motorhome clean and odorless.
• Should the motorhome (for whatever reason) not be available for rental, for example due to damage, we will always provide you with an equivalent model!

Other statements:

• Do not overload the motorhome.
• Use the motorhome only for purposes for which it is intended: camping.
• No more than the maximum number of people allowed in the motorhome. This number is
  indicated when renting the motorhome.
• No smoking in the motorhome.
• Do not bring hitchhikers.
• Do not use frying fat in the RV.
• No stickers in or on the motorhome.
• Do not take the camper onto rough terrain or off the beaten path.
• Do not travel to winter sports area or winter conditions. There are no winter tires on the RVs.
• Adhere to applicable traffic regulations and speed limits.
• Use proper fuel, oil and other fluids.
• Do not give or rent the motorhome to others for use.

• If your trip is to Norway or Sweden, you are required to register the registration number of your vehicle and the period in question via www.epass24.com.
• If this is not done, we reserve the right to charge a €29 administration fee for processing unreported tolls

• Unlimited mileage use is intended within reasonable limits. For one-week rentals, we assume normal use of approximately 2,000 kilometers per week.
• In case of extreme excess, i.e. more than 3,000 kilometers per week, we apply a surcharge of €0.25 per additional kilometer. This measure is intended to keep the use of the vehicle in line with normal and careful use.
• For rental periods shorter than 10 days, a maximum of 225 kilometers per day applies. If this is exceeded, additional mileage charges of €0.25 per kilometer will apply.

• You must have a driver's license for at least 5 years.
• You possess a valid driver's license

• We only give the motorhome to the person who made the booking. At the time of pick-up, you must identify yourself. If someone else comes to pick up the motorhome, we must be informed in advance.
• You pick up the motorhome on the first day of the rental period, after 3:00 p.m. until no later than 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
• You return the motorhome on the LAST day of the rental period, before 12:00 in the morning.
• If the motorhome is not returned by 12:00 a.m. without consultation, we will charge an additional daily fee + a fine of €125.

• You don't have to wash the outside yourself. For this you get a voucher for the car wash. All information about the car wash is described on the voucher. We advise you to be at the car wash by 10:30 at the latest. The motorhome must be returned clean (inside/outside) no later than 12:00.
• Should the camper not go through the car wash, we charge € 39,- washing costs. Please return it before 11 am.
• The Drifter does not need to go through the car wash. Do return it before 11:00.
• At The Camper Rent, there is space to clean the camper inside. There are cleaning supplies available & a vacuum cleaner.
• Empty the toilet & water tanks in advance at the campsite. At The Camper Rent and the car wash there is no way to do this.
• You must return the motorhome clean and empty the water tanks. Otherwise we charge a cleaning fee. These amounts are excluding VAT.
• Toilet cassette dirty: € 250.
• Toilet bowl inside dirty: € 100.
• Floor not vacuumed, full of stains, mud or sand residue: €50.
• Shower stall dirty: €75.
• Holding tank and fresh water tank not emptied: € 50,-
• Animal hair and odor: €300.
• Refrigerator full of stains, food leftovers, not at all clean: €50.
• Tableware not clean: €50
• You will receive a full tank of diesel. Upon return, we expect a full tank of diesel in return. Otherwise we charge €250 for diesel.

• Damage to the motorhome (interior and exterior)
• Damage to the mirror
• Damage to front window (stars) (unless insured through our insurance packages)
• Damage to awning
• Damage to bike rack
• Damage to inventory
• Damage or soiling to furnishings
• Scratches and dents
• Blowout (unless insured through our insurance packages)
• Horn door, screens and windows.

• Do you cancel the motorhome 42 days or more before the start? Then we charge 20 percent of the total amount. If you cancel the motor home 41 days or less before the start date, we will apply the BOVAG Caravan and Motorhome Company Terms and Conditions. 
• Please note that we do not offer travel insurance and/or cancellation insurance. We always recommend taking these out before going on vacation with an RV.

• Our prices are dynamic and may vary throughout the season based on availability, demand and other market factors. This means that the price for a given period may increase or decrease at any time.
• For this reason, there is no right to a (partial) refund, discount or any form of compensation based on price differences that arose after making a reservation.
• By making a reservation, the customer expressly agrees to the then current rate and its terms and conditions.

Het noodnummer is uitsluitend bedoeld voor situaties waarin direct gevaar dreigt dan wel acuut noodzakelijke hulp vereist is.

• Beperkingen
  Gebruik van het noodnummer voor algemene vragen, zoals problemen met water, gas, elektriciteit of soortgelijke niet-dringende kwesties, is niet toegestaan.
• Gerechtvaardigde inzet
  Het noodnummer mag alleen worden gebeld bij:
  • Levensbedreigende of gevaarlijke situaties
  • Pech onderweg of motorische defecten waardoor voortzetting van de reis onmiddellijk onmogelijk is
• Sanctie bij misbruik
  Misbruik van het noodnummer kan leiden tot vervolgmaatregelen, waaronder het in rekening brengen van onnodige inzetkosten (29,00 euro) en het melden bij bevoegde instanties.
• Aanvullende bepalingen
  Voor niet-dringende vragen en meldingen kunt u contact opnemen met de reguliere klantenservice via de daarvoor bestemde kanalen.
• Door gebruik te maken van het noodnummer erkent u deze voorwaarden te hebben gelezen en ermee akkoord te gaan.
